This Privacy Policy explains how FTR Media ("FTR Media," "we," "us") handles personal information when you visit ftr.media (the "Site"), send us a message, book a call or otherwise get in touch. If you have questions, email us at [email protected].
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact form: your name, work email, and, if you choose to share them, your company, website, YouTube channel, the service you're interested in, your budget range and your message.
- Call booking: when you book a call, Google Calendar collects your name, email address and any notes you add, and creates a Google Meet link.
- Email: anything you send to [email protected] or [email protected].
Information collected automatically
- Technical data: like any website, our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) processes your IP address, browser type and the pages you request to deliver the Site and protect it from abuse.
- Fonts: the Site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when the page loads.
We don't use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or cross-site tracking on the Site. If we add privacy-friendly analytics in the future, we'll update this page.
How we use your information
- To reply to your message and hold the calls you book.
- To prepare a free channel audit or proposal you asked for.
- To provide our services if you become a client, including invoicing and project communication.
- To keep the Site secure and prevent spam and abuse.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We won't add you to a marketing newsletter unless you ask us to.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed:
- Cloudflare — website hosting, security, form processing and email routing.
- Google — email (Gmail), calendar booking and video calls (Google Calendar and Meet), and web fonts.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry messages for up to 24 months so we can follow up and keep context. Client records are kept for as long as we work together and afterward as long as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, including California and other US states with privacy laws, you may have the right to:
- know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it;
- correct inaccurate information;
- delete your information;
- opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising (we don't do either);
- not be treated differently for using these rights.
To make a request, email [email protected] from the address you used to contact us. We'll confirm your request and respond within 45 days. You can use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof that they act for you. We honor Global Privacy Control signals, although the Site doesn't sell or share data in the first place.
Security
We use HTTPS across the Site, limit who can access your information and rely on reputable providers with strong security practices. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your data.
Children's privacy
Our services are for businesses. The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.
International visitors
Our team and service providers may process information outside your state or country, including in the United States and Europe. We take steps to protect it wherever it's processed.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll change the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, make a reasonable effort to let clients know.
